We welcome Joie Cadle, Orange County School Board Member in District 1 as our May guest Speaker!

Ms. Cadle was first elected in 2002 and is now serving her third term.  A 20-year volunteer in the Orange County public school system, Joie worked her way from cafeteria volunteer to three-time PTA president at the elementary, middle and high school levels; to the office of an elected school board member.

In public education she serves as President-Elect of the Florida School Boards Association and is chair of the Long Range Planning Committee.  She serves as a Trustee on the Florida School Board Insurance Trust.  In Central Florida she is a past Chairman of the Central Florida Public School Boards Coalition. 

Our Nation’s future lies in the hands of today’s children. It is imperative that our public schools are supporting and challenging students to become educated adults.
